1. License Grant. Nerve Audio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use The-One software plugin on any computer you own or control, for personal or commercial music production purposes.
2. Restrictions. You may not redistribute, resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the software. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Ownership. The software is owned by Nerve Audio and is protected by copyright laws. This license does not grant you ownership of the software.
4. No Warranty. The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Nerve Audio does not warrant that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
5. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall Nerve Audio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
6. Termination. This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement.
7. Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of France.
