Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms govern the online sale, on nerve-audio.com, of Nerve virtual instruments (audio software in VST3, AU and Standalone formats, for macOS and Windows) by the publisher named in the legal notice. Placing an order implies acceptance of these terms.

2. Products

The features of each instrument and its system requirements are described on its page. A free demo version lets you check compatibility before buying; it is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure the instrument runs on their setup.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. The applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed, launch discounts included.

4. Order and payment

Orders are placed on the website and paid online through Stripe, using the methods offered on the payment page. The sale is concluded once payment is confirmed.

5. Delivery

As soon as payment is confirmed, the license key is shown on the confirmation page and sent to you by email together with the download links. Nothing is shipped physically.

6. License

The purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the instrument on the buyer’s own computers, including for commercial purposes (music, production, live). The software remains the property of its publisher: copying, reselling, renting, modifying it or sharing the license key is prohibited. Updates to the purchased version are free.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16 m; French Consumer Code, art. L221-28 13°), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied without a physical medium once delivery has begun with the consumer’s express consent and acknowledgement that the right is lost. By placing an order, you request immediate delivery of the license and expressly waive your right of withdrawal. The free demo version lets you try each instrument before buying.

8. Warranty and liability

You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content. In case of a defect, write to contact@nerve-audio.com: a solution (fix, update or refund) will be offered. The publisher cannot be held liable for use that does not meet the system requirements, nor for indirect damage.

10. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first: write to contact@nerve-audio.com. Failing that, the competent courts are those provided for by law.
